If you have a particular project in mind for your living or work space, I will be happy to work on commission to create an art piece you'll love! I've included a few original pieces below that are either sold or created for a specific client. Portraits, abstracts, wet media, dry media - I enjoy exploring new and challenging projects. I welcome your inquiry via the contact form below.

Outer Banks

The hauntingly-beautiful barrier islands of North Carolina makes a fantastic subject for this watercolor. Rebecca rendered this 20" x 30" painting using goache, watercolors and ink. This painting has been sold.

AI - 1

Acrylic on canvas study of an artificial intelligence created model photo. Instead of rendering the model in true skin tones, blue sounded fun! Utilizing a model with short hair afforded the opportunity to demonstrate more anatomical features in the neck and shoulders. This portrait has been sold.

Torn - Acrylic on Canvas

Torn

Acrylic on canvas abstract. Rebecca painted this piece utilizing multiple layers of color and form to create a multi-dimensional piece. The inspiration of this painting is the work that Jesus accomplished on the cross. No matter how many times we ponder His incredible act of sacrifice, another aspect of His goodness is revealed. Torn is titled based on the scripture from Isaiah that states: "But he was wounded for our transgressions,he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." Jesus tore the veil which separated us from our maker! 40″ Tall x 24″ Wide. This piece has been sold.

LBJ's Cabinet Oak

Lyndon B. Johnson's home in Texas is a beloved historical property - especially by Texans! This 20" x 30" watercolor and inked rendering features the beautiful oak tree that defines the property. The enormous tree adjacent to the house was dubbed the Cabinet Oak. Johnson would regularly bring Washington, D.C. staff to his home place and meetings would convene underneath the sprawling branches of this iconic tree. This piece has been sold.

Lana Delray

Acrylic on canvas study of my daughter's favorite musical artist. The unfinished nature of the painting helps focus on the subject's facial features. It's easier to draw the viewer in when they have a pair of eyes engaging them... but much harder when your subjects eyes are closed, Hence the dramatic use of black and white. This painting has been sold.

Shore

3 panel abstract of the ocean shore. Rich ultramarine blues bleed into cerulean as they approach the textured sandy colors of the shore. Acrylic on canvas. 40″ Tall x 48″ Wide. Item has been sold.

Portrait

Acrylic on canvas of two of my favorite young ladies! Created for their parents to commemorate their daughter's last year together at home before the older goes off to college. Portrait has been sold.
